**Interaction Terms of Service**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Interaction Discord bot ("Interaction", "Bot", "Service"), provided by 011Synapse ("Provider", "we", "us", "our"). By adding Interaction to your Discord server or using the Service in any manner, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By using Interaction, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications. We may update these Terms from time to time, and we will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

**2. Use of Service**

   **a. Eligibility:** You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Interaction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

   **b. License:** We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Interaction on your Discord server(s) in accordance with these Terms.

   **c. Restrictions:** You agree not to:

      *   Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
      *   Use the Service to generate or distribute content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
      *   Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Interaction.
      *   Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
      *   Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
      *   Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
      *   Use the bot for any purpose that competes with our services.

   **d. Content Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for the content generated and shared through Interaction on your Discord server(s), including character data, descriptions, and interactions with the AI. We are not responsible for any user-generated content.

   **e. NSFW Content:** You acknowledge that Interaction may be used to generate or interact with content that is sexually suggestive, or intended for mature audiences. You are solely responsible for ensuring that such content is appropriately labeled and restricted to users who are of legal age and have consented to view it. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the creation, distribution, and consumption of NSFW content. We are not responsible for the misuse of the Service for NSFW purposes. You must set up your channels as NSFW if that content is going to be posted.

**3. Data Privacy**

   **a. Information Collection:** We collect and store certain information to provide and improve the Service. This includes:

      *   Message content
      *   Discord usernames and IDs
      *   Timestamps
      *   Guild names
      *   Used commands and parameters
      *   Character data
      *   Character image
      *   User IDs associated with character creation
      *   Guild IDs associated with characters
      *   Activated channel IDs

   **b. Use of Information:** We use the collected information for the following purposes:

      *   To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
      *   To debug and troubleshoot issues
      *   To monitor usage patterns and trends
      *   To personalize user experience

   **b. User Content:** You retain ownership of the content you create and input into Interaction. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

**5. Termination**

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Interaction at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may also terminate or suspend the entire bot service at any time.

**6. Disclaimer of Warranties**

Interaction IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY; (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT; (F) ANY USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (G) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

**8. Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

**9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution**

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina.

**10. General Provisions**

   **a. Entire Agreement:** These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Interaction and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

   **b. Severability:** If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

   **c. Waiver:** Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
