# Contributor Code of Conduct [中文版 →](./CODE_OF_CONDUCT_ZH.md) ## Our pledge We as members, contributors and maintainers pledge to make participation in this project a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation. We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive and healthy community. ## Our standards Examples of behaviour that contributes to a positive environment: showing empathy and kindness; respecting differing opinions, viewpoints and experiences; giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback; accepting responsibility and apologising to those affected by our mistakes; focusing on what is best for the community. Examples of unacceptable behaviour: sexualised language or imagery, and sexual attention or advances; trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks; public or private harassment; publishing others' private information (such as a physical or email address) without their explicit permission; and other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting. The project has a **satire section** in the contributors file (「云贡献者(整活区)」) poking fun at AI-industry figures. That is deliberate, clearly labelled in-joke content — it is **not** a licence to attack community members, and the standards above apply to every issue, PR, comment and phrase submission. ## Scope This Code applies in all project spaces (issues, pull requests, discussions, the phrase-submission channel, commit messages and the contributors file) and when an individual is officially representing the project in public spaces. ## Enforcement Report abusive, harassing or otherwise unacceptable behaviour **privately** to the maintainer, [@01Virex](https://github.com/01Virex), via GitHub (a direct message or a private report through the repository's **Security → Report a vulnerability** form if you prefer a recorded channel). Reports are reviewed promptly and fairly; the maintainer is obliged to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident. ## Enforcement guidelines Maintainers follow these community-impact guidelines: **1. Correction** — a private written warning for inappropriate language or behaviour, possibly with a public apology. **2. Warning** — a warning with consequences for continued behaviour, including a period of no interaction with the people involved. **3. Temporary ban** — a temporary ban from any interaction with the project. **4. Permanent ban** — a permanent ban from any public interaction within the project. ## Attribution This Code of Conduct is adapted from the [Contributor Covenant](https://www.contributor-covenant.org), version 2.1, available at ; the scope note and the satire-section clarification are specific to this project.
