This document governs the use of the Discord Bot (“Confessions”) provided by the Developer (Chessz__). By using, installing, or interacting with the Bot on any Discord server, you agree to the following Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. Description of the Bot

The Bot provides anonymous confession functionality within Discord servers, including anonymous replies, moderation review systems, logging (if enabled), and optional premium features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use this Bot.

3. Acceptable Use
------------------
You agree NOT to use the Bot to:
- Post illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
- Evade server moderation.
- Violate local, national, or international laws.
- Share personal information of others without consent.

4. Server Admin Responsibilities

Server administrators are responsible for:
- Configuring the Bot correctly.
- Informing users if premium features like author logging are enabled.
- Moderating content submitted through the Bot.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and Discord rules.

5. Premium Features
--------------------
Premium features include:
- Author logging to a server-specified channel.
- Review queue (pre-approval of confessions).
- Embed theme customization.
- Rate limiting per user.

Premium access is granted per server and handled through third-party platforms like Ko-fi. Unauthorized redistribution or abuse of premium features may result in access removal.

6. No Warranty

The Bot is provided "as-is" and "as-available" with no warranties or guarantees of uptime, reliability, or performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse of the Bot, including data loss or misuse by server administrators.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:
- Remove the Bot from any server at any time.
- Revoke access to certain features for abuse or policy violations.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Bot implies acceptance of the current Terms.
