(see [`_THEME.md`](diagrams/dot/_THEME.md)). Rebuild everything with:

```bash
cd documentation/diagrams && ./build.sh
```

Every diagram uses strict layer→layer edges (`newrank=true` + `{rank=same}`
groups) so lines never criss-cross.
