Original plugin code is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
The pet artwork under assets/codex originates from OpenAI Codex and is not
original artwork of this project. This project's Apache License does not
grant new rights to that third-party artwork or its trademarks. Those rights
remain with their respective owners. This is a community-maintained project,
not an official OpenAI or DeepSeek product.

MODIFIED FORK — zkb-codex-pet

This package is a modified fork of @michengai/dsh-codex-pet, redistributed
under the Apache License 2.0 as "zkb-codex-pet". Changes made in this fork,
per section 4(b) of the license:

  1. assets/codex/ (the third-party pet artwork) has been DELETED. The fork
     therefore no longer redistributes any OpenAI Codex artwork, and the
     paragraphs above about that artwork no longer describe this package's
     contents (they are kept for attribution of the original work).
  2. The built-in pet list is empty: only custom pets under
     ~/.dsh/codex-pet/pets (or $DSH_HOME/codex-pet/pets) are offered.
  3. The update check and self-install path has been removed, including the
     "check for updates" UI and the /dsh-codex-pet/api/update route.
  4. The package was renamed from "@michengai/dsh-codex-pet" to
     "zkb-codex-pet" (the client module id matches the new name).

This fork is personal and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed
by, MichengAI, OpenAI, or DeepSeek.
