## Why

Agents and humans constantly mix `/mnt/c/Users/...` and `C:\Users\...`, or need `\\wsl$\Ubuntu\home\...` for Windows apps. This tool does the conversion and explains **drvfs vs Linux FS** trade-offs (CRLF, chmod, git).
