## 介绍

GitHub 曾经是一个面向所有人的开放、自由的平台，但它现在却决定限制伊朗国籍的账户参与和成为开源生态系统的一部分。虽然我们理解 GitHub 可能是在美国政府的施压下作出此决定，但是我们希望 GitHub 实施更加尊重用户的举措。

1. GitHub 突然限制了我们访问私有仓库，但我们希望 GitHub 最起码在限制访问前需要先警示我们。

2. GitHub 的团队决定更进一步，根据我们的**国籍**进行限制，无论我们居住在哪里。它本可以像其他位于美国的公司一样根据 IP 地址进行限制。

最后，我们希望 GitHub 的团队：

- 允许我们下载私有仓库，并且也能公开它们（设置权限）。
  - **更新**：现在可以公开私有仓库了。
- 变更他们的限制政策，不得根据用户国籍进行限制。
- 公开宣布他们的决定并为造成当前的情形而道歉（就像之前发生同样情形时 Slack 做的一样：https://slackhq.com/an-apology-and-an-update ）。
- **更新** 受限制账户的Github Pages现在可以访问了。
