`docs/compatibility/codex-2026-09.md` and read-only
`.codex-plugin/check_compatibility.py` on the actual extracted package.
A package check does not establish host broker authority, model availability or
successful dispatch. Use current tool metadata; retain legacy evidence unchanged.
