I provide this project as a technical learning, research, backtesting, and paper-trading simulation environment. It does **not** place real-money orders, hold customer assets, provide custody, execute transactions for users, or manage a real investment portfolio.

The software does not provide personalized recommendations and does not recommend that any user buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise transact in a specific crypto asset. Strategy outputs, scanner results, long/short indications, backtests, and portfolio results are **simulated paper signals only** and must not be treated as individualized investment recommendations.

I simulate every order, balance, profit, loss, stop, target, short position, and leverage value. Backtests and paper trades do not fully reproduce liquidity, execution, market gaps, fees, slippage, taxes, outages, counterparty risk, or future market conditions. Bitpanda Fusion access in this project is intended only for read-only market data. Users should provide their own API key with **Read** permission only and leave **Trade** and **Transfer** permissions disabled. The project is not intended to redistribute, resell, or operate a centralized public feed of Bitpanda market data.

I provide the software without warranty. Each user is responsible for complying with the laws, tax rules, platform terms, API terms, and other requirements that apply in their jurisdiction. The paper-only safeguards do not make the unauthenticated dashboard safe to expose directly to the internet.
