TeamCity allows you to commit changes manually, even if a remotely run build is failed or if you did not use the automatic pre-tested commit option.

 

To commit changes manually:
  1. Open My Changes tab in TeamCity Tool Window.
  2. Right-click on the changelist you want to commit and in context menu click Commit.

  3. Type comment for the commit in the Commit Personal Build Change dialog and click OK button.
