In the My Changes tab of the TeamCity tool window, you can hide all insignificant changes and show only suspicious ones, not marked with the img icon.

 

To show suspicious changes only
  1. Open the My Changes tab of the TeamCity tool window.
  2. On the toolbar of the My Changes tab, click the img button, or choose Show suspicious changes only on the context menu.
