## 1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how our AI Dream Interpretation mobile application (the **App**) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the service. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

The App is intended for reflection and entertainment. Interpretations are **not** medical, psychological, or professional advice.

## 2. Information We Collect

### 2.1 Information you provide

- **Dream descriptions** and related text you enter for interpretation.
- **Language / locale** you select for the interface and responses.

### 2.2 Information collected automatically

- **Device and app metadata**: device model, operating system version, app version.
- **Device identifier** used only to sign API requests to our servers (see Section 3).
- **Limited technical logs** on our servers (e.g., errors, latency). We aim **not** to store full dream text in production logs; prompts are sent to our backend only to generate interpretations.

### 2.3 Local data on your device

- **Dream history** you save in the App (stored locally with SwiftData).
- **Daily usage counters** for interpretation features (stored locally).
- Optional **images or videos** generated for you may be stored in the App’s sandbox if you use those modes.

We do **not** require an account for core features described in this policy.

## 3. How we use your information

- To provide **text, image, or video** dream interpretation features you request.
- To enforce **fair-use / anti-abuse** limits on our API (e.g., per-device throttling).
- To improve reliability and fix bugs.

Dream content is processed by **our backend**, which may call third-party **AI providers**. API keys for those providers are kept **on the server**, not in the App binary.

## 4. Subscriptions and payments

Purchases are processed by **Apple** and managed through **RevenueCat** or similar tooling. Payment data is handled under **Apple’s** terms and privacy policy. See:

## 5. Sharing and disclosure

We do **not** sell your personal information. We may share data only:

- With **service providers** strictly needed to run the App (e.g., cloud/AI infrastructure).
- When **required by law** or to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with a **business transfer** (merger, acquisition), with notice where appropriate.

## 6. International users

If you are in the **EEA**, **UK**, **California**, or other regions with privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the email below. Local usage and dream history on your device can be removed by deleting the App or clearing entries in the App where supported.

## 7. Children’s privacy

The App is **not** directed at children under **13**. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

## 8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be indicated in the App or on this page by updating the **Last Updated** date.
