## Wuthering Waves / Hiyuki

Wuthering Waves, Hiyuki, and all related character names, designs, settings,
logos, and other identifiable elements are owned by KURO GAMES or their
respective rights holders.

This repository is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by KURO GAMES. No ownership of the
underlying game, character, or related intellectual property is claimed.

## Generated fan-art assets

The images under `assets/source` and `assets/web` are generated fan-art made
for this theme. Their terms are separate from the MIT License that covers the
software code. The MIT License does not grant rights in Wuthering Waves,
Hiyuki, KURO GAMES marks, or other third-party intellectual property depicted
or referenced by those images.

Use of the generated fan-art is recommended only for personal, unofficial,
non-commercial fan use together with this project. Do not sell the images as
standalone assets, represent them as an original character free of third-party
rights, or claim that KURO GAMES approved the project.

Users and redistributors are responsible for determining whether their use is
permitted in their jurisdiction and for complying with applicable fan-content
policies and third-party rights.
