--- name: campaign-planning description: Plan a marketing campaign, content calendar or landing-page launch using an audience brief, existing Notion content, HubSpot CRM insights and Playwright checks. --- # Campaign planning Use this workflow when the user requests a campaign plan, content calendar, launch brief or landing-page marketing review. ## Establish the brief Start from the information the user supplied. Identify the product or offer, audience, objective, channels, dates, budget and brand constraints. Ask only for missing details that would materially change the plan. Mark estimates and assumptions explicitly; never invent customer research or campaign results. ## Gather relevant evidence - **Notion:** find the user's relevant brand guidelines, product notes and existing campaign material. Cite the pages used. Draft a content calendar in the answer; create or edit Notion pages when the user requests saving it. - **HubSpot CRM:** read authorized aggregate pipeline and audience context to inform personas and channel priorities. This planning workflow uses read tools; it does not create contacts, send campaigns or update CRM records. Do not copy a contact database into the campaign plan. - **Playwright:** inspect the requested landing page for message consistency, primary calls to action, mobile layout and obvious broken navigation. Report observed issues with the page URL and evidence. Do not submit live forms or create purchases as part of a review. Use only the integrations relevant to the request. If a workspace connection is unavailable, continue from the brief and identify the missing evidence. Installing a plugin does not supply Notion or HubSpot account authorization. ## Produce a usable plan Keep the result proportional to the campaign. Include: 1. Objective, audience, offer and evidence-backed assumptions. 2. The main message and two or three supporting content themes. 3. A channel calendar with date, asset, owner and call to action. 4. Draft copy for the highest-priority asset. 5. Landing-page issues and the smallest useful changes. 6. Success measures, their data source and the next review date. Distinguish proposed work from completed actions. Link supporting Notion pages and reviewed URLs. Planning does not itself publish content or contact leads; perform those actions only when they are part of the user's explicit request.
