# Project Maturity & Exit Charter

All projects entering MODX must declare a maturity timeline and exit posture.

## Mandatory Declaration
Each project must disclose:
- Development milestones
- Estimated maturity date
- Exit intent

Projects without declared maturity are ineligible.

## Lifecycle Stages
1. Concept / Feasibility
2. Pre-Development
3. Operational
4. Mature (Exit Enforced)

## Exit Rules
Upon maturity:
- No new allocations occur
- Project is delisted
- MODX governance ends
- MODX brand association ceases
- External engagement occurs independently

MODX retains no ongoing role or responsibility.
