# MODX Allocation Rules (Immutable)

These allocation rules apply equally to all participants and cannot be altered without issuing a new platform version.

## Core Principles
- No preferential access
- No acceleration based on capital size
- No side agreements
- No first-come dominance
- No secondary markets within MODX

## Level-Based Caps
- Level 1: ≤ 0.25% per investor
- Level 2: ≤ 1% per investor
- Level 3: ≤ 3% per investor
- Institutional: ≤ 5% per entity

## Timing Windows
- Visibility precedes allocation
- Cooling periods are mandatory
- Allocation windows open sequentially by level

---

## Absolute Restrictions
- No broker or POA involvement in allocation
- No overrides
- No exceptions
