LuoPan Home is designed to provide Feng Shui-inspired room mapping and interior arrangement guidance while keeping user control and privacy in mind. Room analysis is local by default.

Information We Process

• Room scan and layout information you create in the app.
• Room photos or floor plan images only when you choose to use or save them.
• Camera, motion, and direction information needed for room scanning and Bagua map alignment.
• Subscription status and purchase entitlement information provided through Apple StoreKit.
• Optional AI Advisor inputs, such as structured room summaries, when you enable AI features.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide room scanning, Bagua-inspired mapping, Harmony Score analysis, practical home arrangement suggestions, saved room reports, subscription access, and optional AI Advisor explanations.

Local Processing

Your room scans stay on your device by default. LuoPan Home does not require an account for basic use and does not upload your room information by default.

Optional AI Advisor

If you configure or enable AI Advisor, structured room summaries and, only if you choose, room images may be sent to the AI provider selected in your settings. API keys, if used, are stored in the device Keychain. Third-party AI providers process submitted data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Photos and Camera

The camera is used to scan rooms and support spatial guidance. Photo library access is used only when you choose to import, save, or include images in app features.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We use subscription entitlement information to unlock LuoPan Plus, LuoPan Pro, or LuoPan Master features inside the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share room scans with third parties unless you explicitly enable a feature that sends selected information to an AI provider.

Data Deletion

You can delete room scans, reports, and AI settings from the app. You can also remove the app from your device to delete locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS storage behavior.

Children

LuoPan Home is not intended to collect personal information from children. The app provides lifestyle and interior arrangement guidance, not professional advice.
