Source side changes

* Merged in may security patch (android-12.1.0_r5)
* Fixed styles and wallpapers crashding with third party launchers
* Rewrote MatlogX UI with jetpack compose, refactored and improved a lot.
* Don't allow backup tool to run in non-debuggable builds
