Kenji Utsumi

Kenji Utsumi was a Japanese actor and voice actor. He is the founder of Ken Production. He was known for his roles of Alex Louis Armstrong, several roles in Dragon Ball and Sally's Papa from Sally the Witch. Utsumi died from peritoneal cancer om June 13, 2013. He was married to fellow voice actress Michiko Nomura until his death.
