    "comment": "We voted YES on this Interim Treasury and Bootstrapping Governance proposal because, to be honest, it’s the most realistic and structured path we’ve got right now to kickstart governance under CIP-1694. I’m not blind to the risks, especially Intersect being central in managing funds, but the checks, like milestone releases and auditability, are solid for a start. If we sit back and wait for something “perfect,” we’ll keep watching from the sidelines. This is our shot to get involved, test governance in real life, and make sure Africa’s voice counts in how Cardano evolves."
