    "comment": "I am voting No on this proposal because I do not believe the cost is justified given the overlap with work already being done in the Cardano ecosystem. I appreciate the desire to move this proposal forward, but as my peer Yoda ADA has pointed out, there are still questions about how this work differs from existing efforts and whether it provides enough additional value for ₳11.79 million.\n\nWhile I recognize the potential value of OpenZeppelin’s expertise, I believe we need to be especially careful with treasury spending. The proposal also leaves some important technical decisions to be determined during the initial evaluation phase.\n\nThis is not a rejection of OpenZeppelin or the potential value of the work. I would simply prefer to see the proposal refined, with clearer differentiation, a more focused scope, and stronger justification for the treasury expenditure.\n\nFor these reasons, I am voting No in its current form."
