DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PalmBeach is a multi-functional Discord Bot that provides the following features: - AI Chatbot: Conversational AI powered by third-party APIs (OpenAI / Google Gemini) with a customizable persona. - Music Player: Stream audio from YouTube and other supported platforms directly into Discord voice channels. - Custom Status & Server Utilities: Various quality-of-life commands for Discord server management. ELIGIBILITY -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Server administrators who invite the Bot to their server represent that they have the authority to bind their server's users to these Terms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. ACCEPTABLE USE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You agree NOT to use the Bot to: a) Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or group. b) Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, obscene, or hateful content of any kind. c) Violate Discord's Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) or Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines). d) Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Bot or its underlying infrastructure. e) Use the AI features to impersonate real individuals in a deceptive or damaging manner. f) Stream or play copyrighted audio in a manner that violates applicable copyright law or the terms of any third-party platform. g) Spam, flood, or send repetitive commands in a manner that degrades the Bot's performance for other users.
