1. Permission to Use

Permission is granted to download and use official, unmodified releases of Tagvyn for normal personal Minecraft gameplay and for operation on Minecraft servers.

2. Restrictions

Unless you have prior written permission from the copyright holder, you may not:

- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Tagvyn;
- redistribute, mirror, re-upload, repackage, or otherwise provide copies of Tagvyn to third parties;
- include Tagvyn in a redistributed modpack, bundle, launcher package, or similar distribution;
- sell, sublicense, rent, license, or commercially exploit Tagvyn;
- publish modified builds or source-code derivatives as your own project; or
- remove or alter copyright, attribution, or license notices included with Tagvyn.

3. Source Availability

Access to source code, repository content, or development builds does not grant any rights beyond those expressly stated in this license.

4. Third-Party Components

Minecraft, NeoForge, Fabric, Forge, and any other third-party libraries, APIs, assets, trademarks, or components remain subject to their own respective licenses and terms. This license applies only to original Tagvyn project material owned by the copyright holder.

5. No Warranty

TAGVYN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF TAGVYN.
