## In short

- Be respectful and constructive.
- Assume good faith.
- Disagreement is welcome; personal attacks are not.
- Maintainers may remove comments, commits, or contributors that violate these standards.

## Reporting

Report conduct concerns through the community's existing private moderation
channel. If that channel is unavailable, contact a repository or community
maintainer privately and request a moderation handoff before sharing details.
For abusive content hosted on GitHub, its built-in report-content or abuse
controls are also available. Do not include report details in a public issue.
Maintainers will handle reports confidentially and respond within a reasonable
timeframe.
