It retains permitted project events in an append-only, hash-chained JSONL ledger and builds deterministic SQLite/FTS5, graph, Markdown, and dashboard views that can be deleted and rebuilt from that authority. Its CLI, JavaScript API, and consent-gated MCP transport compile bounded context packs with citations, provenance, freshness, authority, and coverage information instead of replaying an entire project history. The public project also includes cross-agent setup, archive import and backup, schemas, interoperability formats, a responsive local dashboard, reproducible evaluations, and security and privacy documentation.
