This license applies to the Ward Council software (package name
"dsh-omp-advisor"), its source code, documentation, and associated files
(collectively, the "Software"), except for the third-party components
identified in Section 4.

1. Grant of license

SamaCorp Inc. grants you a full, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use,
copy, and modify the Software, provided that all such use is strictly
personal. You may install and run the Software, study and modify its source,
and keep modified versions for your own personal use.

2. No sale

You may not sell the Software, or any modified or derived product based on
it, for any amount of money. This prohibition covers direct sales, paid
distribution, and bundling the Software or a derivative of it into anything
you charge for.

3. Penalty for unauthorized sale

If you sell any copy of the Software, or of a modified or derived product
based on it, in violation of Section 2:

  a. every copy you sold must be refunded to the buyer in its entirety; and
  b. you will owe SamaCorp Inc. all legal fees incurred in enforcing this
     license, plus fifty US dollars ($50) for every copy you sold.

4. Third-party components

Portions of this Software are ported from the advisor subsystem of
oh-my-pi (https://github.com/can1357/oh-my-pi), copyright Mario Zechner,
Can Bölük, and Stencil Labs, Inc. Those portions remain licensed under the
MIT license, reproduced in the file NOTICE-oh-my-pi-LICENSE, and the MIT
terms apply to them. The MIT notice must be preserved in all copies of
those portions.

5. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
SAMACORP INC. OR THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
