# 资产许可（Assets License）

本仓库的**代码**以 [MIT](./LICENSE) 发布。**资产不适用 MIT**——代码开源不等于素材开源。

## 适用范围

`assets/live2d/vendor/` 里的第三方组件另有许可，见 [NOTICE](./NOTICE)。

## 权利归属

- 角色形象（小叽 / Chii、《人形电脑天使心》）的著作权归 **CLAMP 及相关权利方**所有。Anime2Real 不主张、也无法授予这些权利。
- 本项目中的插画、Live2D 模型及其派生文件由 **Anime2Real** 组织制作与整理，© Anime2Real，保留所有权利（上述第三方权利除外）。

## 允许

- 作为本插件（`chobits-chii-dsh`）的一部分，**原样、非商业**地安装与个人使用
- 为个人使用而修改本地副本，且不对外分发

## 不允许

- 单独提取、再分发，或打包进其他产品／仓库
- 商业使用：付费产品、广告变现、作为服务对外提供
- 修改后对外分发，或用于训练模型／数据集／素材库

## 第三方组件

见 [NOTICE](./NOTICE)。`live2dcubismcore.min.js`（Live2D Cubism Core）依 Live2D Proprietary Software License 随包分发；`pixi.min.js` 与 `pixi-live2d-display.min.js` 为 MIT。

本项目仅供学习与研究，不构成对原作品版权的任何主张。若权利方提出要求，相关素材将被移除。

Character artwork and the Chii Live2D model are © Anime2Real, all rights reserved; the character itself

any rights over it. Assets may be used only as part of this plugin, unmodified and non-commercially. Extracting,
