Anrimian built the Simple Music Player app as an Open Source app. This SERVICE is provided by Anrimian at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Simple Music Player unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

**Information Collection and Use**

**Log Data**

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, and other statistics. Log Data does not send automatically from the phone.

**Cloud Synchronization**

The app offers optional cloud synchronization using third-party cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox). When you enable cloud sync:

*   The app accesses your cloud storage account through official APIs (Google Drive API, Dropbox API) using OAuth 2.0 authorization.
*   The app reads and writes music files in your cloud storage folders. It also stores synchronization metadata in a `.smp-metadata` folder. It does not access files outside defined remote root folders.
*   Your music files and metadata are uploaded to and downloaded from your own cloud storage account. No data is sent to any server controlled by the developer.
*   OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to any third party.
*   Synchronization action records (such as file additions, deletions, modifications, and moves) are stored locally on your device and in your cloud storage to enable proper sync conflict resolution. These records are retained for a limited period and are not accessible to the developer or any third party.

You can revoke cloud access at any time through the app settings or through your cloud provider's account permissions page.

**Service Providers**

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

*   To facilitate our Service;
*   To provide the Service on our behalf;
*   To perform Service-related services; or
*   To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
