# Third-party notices

Current TickerQ software as a whole is licensed under the TickerQ Software License Agreement in `LICENSE.md`, not under the license reproduced below.

Portions of TickerQ originate in third-party contributions incorporated before the commercial transition. Where repository records do not document a separate proprietary relicensing grant, Arcenox LLC distributes those covered portions under the MIT License originally offered for them. The MIT License below applies only to those covered portions and does not grant rights to the TickerQ product as a whole.

## Repository-wide contributor provenance

This is a conservative, repository-wide provenance record. It was audited against commit `421292fbc27e6f77968ce596a6821f61ea8df032`, using commercial-transition boundary `b2aefd0932c97d13358c4def46cb5eba92c9b399`. Not every person listed below contributed code present in every TickerQ artifact. A package copy of this notice preserves repository provenance and does not assert that every listed contributor's code is present in that package. In particular, the initial `@tickerq/sdk` package contains no directly attributed pre-transition contribution from the people below; its copy of this notice is repository context only.
