**2. Why is the AI taking a long time to generate a reply?**
Because the AI runs entirely locally, generation speed depends on your iPhone's hardware. The app automatically selects the best model for your device's RAM, but devices with an A14 Bionic chip or newer will experience the fastest performance. Older devices may take a few extra seconds to process.

**3. Do I need to create an account or connect to the internet?**
No! Subtext requires absolutely no account registration. After the initial one-time download of the AI model, the app can run entirely in airplane mode. We do not track, collect, or upload your private conversations to any servers. Your secrets remain strictly yours.
