Project Golem is source-available for non-commercial use.

Commercial use requires prior written permission from Arvincreator and may
require a paid commercial license.

## Commercial Use Examples

Please contact the author before doing any of the following:

- offering Project Golem or a modified version as a paid product or service;
- running it as SaaS, a hosted dashboard, a managed agent, or a customer-facing service;
- using it in a company, startup, agency, or organization for production work;
- using it for paid consulting, client deployment, automation, integration, or operations;
- embedding substantial Project Golem code into a commercial product;
- selling, sublicensing, renting, or redistributing modified versions for profit.

## Non-Commercial Use

Personal use, learning, research, evaluation, and non-commercial community
contributions are allowed under the main repository license.
