De-Mainstream YouTube Extension **does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or any other information** from its users.

## How It Works

- All group toggle preferences (which mainstream channels you choose to hide) are stored **locally** in your browser using `chrome.storage.local`.
- No data is ever sent to external servers, APIs, or third parties.
- The extension only runs on `https://*.youtube.com/*` pages and has no network access beyond what is required to function as a YouTube content filter.

## Third-Party Services

This extension does not integrate with any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will be revised. Since we do not collect data, no notification of changes is necessary.
