# Demo Terms (Schooler)

These Demo Terms (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the **Schooler** demonstration website/application (the “Demo”).

By accessing or using the Demo, you agree to these Terms.

## 1) Demo-only / no guarantees
The Demo is provided **for educational and demonstration purposes only**. The Demo may be incomplete, experimental, or change at any time.

We may modify, suspend, or shut down the Demo at any time, with or without notice.

## 2) “As is” and “as available” (no warranties)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEMO IS PROVIDED **“AS IS”** AND **“AS AVAILABLE”** WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, uptime, security, or that the Demo will be error-free.

## 3) No support; no duty of care
We do not provide support, maintenance, or service levels for the Demo. You use the Demo at your own risk.

## 4) Accounts and acceptable use
The Demo may use Google sign-in. You agree not to:
- violate any law;
- attempt to bypass security, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities;
- disrupt the Demo (including flooding, scraping that harms availability, malware);
- upload, post, or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content/links.

## 5) Content and third-party services
The Demo may display content posted by users/teachers/schools and may include third‑party links or integrations (e.g., Google services).

We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party services, third‑party content, or user content.

## 6) Data may be removed; retention is admin-controlled
Data in the Demo (including accounts, posts, links, or other data) may be deleted or reset at any time. **Retention is admin-controlled** and there is no guarantee that data will be stored.

## 7) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE DEMO OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS NOT LEGALLY EXCLUDABLE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED **THB 100** OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE DEMO (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. (THE DEMO IS FREE, SO TYPICALLY THB 0.)

## 8) Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Demo or your violation of these Terms.

## 9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of **Thailand**, excluding conflict of law rules.
