# Third-Party Notices

This project is an independent community plugin for DeepSeek Harness. It is
**not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft**. Nothing in
this repository or its documentation implies that Microsoft has authorized,
approved, or endorsed this project.

## Wallpapers are not part of this project

This repository and its release packages **do not contain any wallpaper
images**. All wallpapers are supplied by the user from their own device and
stored locally in the DSH data directory on this machine
(`$DSH_HOME/.dsh-xp-luna-data/`); they are never uploaded off the machine,
bundled, or redistributed by this plugin.

This project **does not host or mirror Microsoft wallpaper files**. The
settings page only links to Microsoft's official download source, and
downloading is user-initiated — the plugin never downloads a wallpaper
automatically.

The following images are referenced by name in the UI and documentation only:

- **Microsoft_Nostalgic_Windows_Wallpaper_4k.jpg** — distributed by Microsoft
as part of its official 4K nostalgic wallpaper pack:
  <https://microsoft.design/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/microsoft_nostalgic.zip>
- **Bliss.jpg** — the Windows XP default wallpaper photograph.

Both are third-party copyrighted materials. They are **not** covered by this
project's MIT License, and this project claims no ownership or redistribution
rights over them. Public availability does not by itself grant permission to
redistribute an image or to download it automatically; obtain these images
from Microsoft or another source you are authorized to use.

## User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any wallpaper you import has been
obtained legally and that your use of it complies with its copyright terms
and any applicable license. Do not use this plugin to redistribute
copyrighted wallpaper files.

## License scope

The MIT License in [LICENSE](LICENSE) applies only to the plugin's original
source code and project-authored assets. Third-party wallpapers and any other
third-party materials are excluded.
