## Makes E-Tech pistols actually worth a damn! ##

## Darts recieved a MASSIVE damage buff. They also have slightly increased mag size, but very slightly decreased fire rate.
## Spikers, on the other hand, got a huge boost to mag size and fire rate, along with a hefty damage increase.
## Both Darts and Spikers are now gun-type splash, meaning they will get the bonus from Reaper.

## Unfortunately, even with this mod, Maliwan E-Tech pistols will be rather underwhelming. To fix this, remove the [ and ] around "set" to
buff their fire rate. This will affect all Maliwan pistols!
