    This is meant to be a sword for melee zer0. That is what I made it for anyways, I'm sure some people will find other crazy uses for it.
    Changelog: 
      5/19/2018 - Increased health drain from 3% to 10%; added splash damage for further increased slag chance. 
      Note: This mod creates splash on the Kitten, and then steals that splash and puts it on this weapon. The only difference that should be noticed on the Kitten is that it has splash now.
