It's got a unique effect. This mod also unlocks weapon parts for the gun, allowing it to spawn with any element, sight, stock and accessory. Apart from all that, it increases the damage of the gun to make it on-par with purple SMG's. Clip size is decreased by a mere 3 bullets, but reload speed is also increased by .1 or .2 second(s). -- In case you're curious, the effect is basically this; Marek's Mouth has a chance to proc additional elemental effect damage of a different element than your current Marek's Mouth has. This mod isn't great with sanity checks for the following reason; If you don't execute this mod, then load a save that has a Marek's with it's parts unlocked, it will disappear. Grips are still locked, since it has a unique grip as well. There is an option to only unlock elements instead.
