Turn the Moonscaper into the Perses, a good old Carnage shotgun from Borderlands 1, with a bit more boom.

     - Lowered shot cost to 1, was 2 on Moonscaper.
     - Higher fire rate.
     - Slow reload speed.

     - Pearlescent rarity!
