Please read chapter11 of the text book: https://pythonnumericalmethods.studentorg.berkeley.edu/notebooks/Index.html for both TXT and CSV topics. 

Go through the Week10 PowerPoint slides with lecture embedded and the assignment shown in the slides. Please note that I will not take late assignments any more.
