FerrisGrid is early infrastructure. The immediate path is reliability before breadth.

## Current focus

- Robust observe/act behavior.
- Linux Docker workspace support.
- Local trace stability.
- Recap output for human review.
- Cross-platform backend parity.

## Next

- Stronger policy controls for input execution.
- More complete multi-screen behavior.
- Better grid overlays and coordinate diagnostics.
- Packaged installs for agent runtimes.
- Expanded examples for Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, and other local tool callers.
