This is a limited-time offer. - **App Updates**: You will receive app updates (bug fixes, performance improvements) as they become available - **Feature Updates**: Future feature additions and enhancements are at **Chikoochi's sole discretion**. New features may or may not be included in your OTP plan purchase. ### Important Limitations - **No Lifetime Support Guarantee**: One Time Purchase does not guarantee lifetime customer support. After the first year, support may be limited or unavailable. - **No Feature Guarantee**: Chikoochi reserves the right to introduce new premium features that may require separate purchase or subscription in the future. - **Pricing Changes**: Future plan pricing and features may differ from your purchase. Your OTP plan benefits are fixed at the time of purchase. - **Service Availability**: Continued app availability depends on platform support (Google Play, Android OS). We cannot guarantee indefinite service. - **No Refunds**: All purchases are final. Please review carefully before purchasing. ### Chikoochi's Rights Chikoochi (the developer organization) reserves the right to: - Determine which features are included in the OTP plan at its sole discretion - Introduce new features that may or may not be available to OTP purchasers - Modify app functionality, UI/UX, or features based on business needs - Discontinue support for older Android versions or devices - Update these terms with reasonable notice ### Your Understanding By purchasing the OTP plan, you acknowledge and agree that: - OTP means "one-time payment" for current features, not "lifetime everything included" - Support is limited to the first year as a promotional offer - Future features and major updates may require additional purchase - The app will continue to function with purchased features, but new additions are not guaranteed ## Data Retention - **Local Data**: Remains on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the app - **Cloud Data**: Retained as long as your account is active.
