  "acquisition_repair_reason": "The frozen v0.23 Mount Rainier earthquake control us1000e8y7 produced waveform bytes at all three stations but only one automatic causal trigger, so the fail-closed two-station event minimum rejected the corpus before model fitting. This repair uses the next event in the already declared pre-event ComCat selection result. It changes only that earthquake control's event metadata and waveform window; the mass movement, station trio, channels, target selection, model, validation groups, and reserved Butangbunasi holdout are unchanged.",
