    "comment": "After much deliberation, I've decided to vote YES to increase the NCL to 500M ADA until epoch 713.  After adjusting to the sticker shock from many different treasury withdrawal proposals, I've concluded that Cardano is currently in a make-it-or-break-it situation.  It is vital that we see the growth and usage necessary to keep our chain sustainable, else we risk the treasury valuation going even lower in terms of USD even without spending the ADA in it."
