    "comment": "The text of this Info Action was put together from much of my own research and the efforts of the parameter committee.  Unfortunately the draft was stolen and sabotaged via changing the sucess threshold to virtually guarantee a failed outcome.  In any case, I plan to submit an actual parameter change governance action myself proposing to raise stakePoolTargetNum to 1000 and will (re)present all the arguments there."
