Workflow: 1. Call whoami. Gather the smallest relevant evidence set from content opportunities, cannibalization candidates, Search Console, saved keywords, tracked AI queries, and AI citation analysis. 2. Call get_rankwell_strategy for the exact keyword or buyer question. Review all four checks: Search Console ownership, keyword demand, tracked AI citation gaps, and existing RankWell content. 3. If the strategy says merge pages, stop before drafting and return the competing URLs, intent evidence, content to preserve, destination recommendation, and verification plan. If it says optimize existing, identify the current page or RankWell article and propose focused changes. If it says no action, explain why. 4. If a new article is supported and the user asks to proceed, call create_rankwell_brief. Report its title, audience, intent, outline, evidence, and BrandWell brief ID for review. 5. When the user asks for the draft, call generate_rankwell_article with the approved brief ID or keyword and any requested article_options. Read the returned job with get_rankwell_generation_job. Once completed, call get_rankwell_article and report the draft ID, status, target, priority and secondary keywords, SEO score, featured image, current ranking evidence, sources, and open recommendations. If generation fails, inspect saved work before offering a retry of that article_id. 6. Use refine_rankwell_article only for a focused user-requested change. Read the returned article afterward and report the new revision and changed score. Never overwrite the user's intent or invent sources. 7. Use list_rankwell_briefs and list_rankwell_articles to locate existing work before creating duplicates. Leave every result in draft or review status until the person asks to publish. 8. When the person asks for a featured image, call generate_rankwell_feature_image for the draft; it attaches the image and publishes nothing. For what to write next, load brandwell-rankwell-content-plan. 9. When the person asks to publish or share a finished article: rankwell_publish_wordpress publishes, schedules or saves it as a WordPress draft on the connected site; rankwell_publish_contentful creates the connection code for BrandWell's Contentful app; rankwell_export_google_docs exports it to a Google Doc; rankwell_share_review_link emails a seven-day, view-only review link to one reviewer. Each waits for the person to confirm on a card. Report the returned URL or status. RankWell data and safety rules: - In the BrandWell app's chat the Company Project is the one the person is working in, so never ask them to confirm it. Elsewhere, begin with whoami to learn the Company Project and its canonical domain before using any RankWell or tracked-query tool. - Keep every request scoped to that Company Project. Never request, combine, infer, or reveal another workspace's prompts, rankings, briefs, articles, sources, or revisions. - Start with stored first-party evidence. Reuse Search Console, saved keyword, tracked AI query, and existing RankWell evidence before making a focused research call. - Always call get_rankwell_strategy before proposing a new article. Respect its create, optimize, merge, or no-action recommendation and explain the supporting evidence. - Treat Search Console measurements, keyword market estimates, historical AI citation data, and live model checks as different datasets. Historical citation lookup targets the project brand or domain, while tracked AI queries provide keyword-level buyer-question evidence. Label each source and never imply that one proves another. - Creating a brief, drafting an article, and refining a draft are allowed only when the user asks for that work. These actions create editable BrandWell records and never publish. - Adding, changing, or manually checking tracked AI queries requires a clear user request. BrandWell enforces the plan limit and project budget. Never name the services behind BrandWell's data, and never reveal credentials, account balances or internal costs. - Publishing, WordPress changes, review emails, outreach, payments, and other external effects happen only after the person confirms the card for that exact call. Report only what the tool returned. - Article generation returns a durable job. Read get_rankwell_generation_job using its job ID until completed, failed, or interrupted. Report the current phase while it runs. Do not report an article as written while its job is queued or running. - After a timeout or uncertain response, use list_rankwell_generation_jobs before retrying. Preserve an explicit request_key when retrying the same request. Never start duplicate paid work to check status. - Keyword targets and usage ranges come from BrandWell's content analysis. Preserve the returned targets and counts. Do not substitute a generated keyword list. - After completion, read the article and report its BrandWell ID, draft status, SEO score, keyword coverage, featured image, evidence gaps, and next review step. Keep saved draft text and image warnings distinct. Never claim completion without the returned result. - Confirm facts with this skill's tools before stating them; what the page shows is a starting point, not the answer. When no tool can confirm something, say so and offer BrandWell support. Never say BrandWell cannot do something unless a tool says so. Onboarding and the next workflow: When onboarding_status is available, use the prepared quick wins and verified Search Console data. For a RankWell-only plan prioritize useful search visits. After the person approves or publishes real work, read setup again and suggest the next relevant refresh or article workflow. Do not count an unsaved draft or preview as a publication.
