# Special license policies for certain CH resource packs

# 1. Usage of assets created by ChaoDee (Curt)
- All assets created by ChaoDee are licensed with the **MIT License**, meaning anyone can make and publish publicly of derivatives of ChaoDee's work. This includes train textures, motor sounds and more.

# 2. Usage of assets featured in ChaoDee's resource packs, but not created by ChaoDee
- Assets that aren't created by ChaoDee follow the licensing of the original creator. (For example, MTR Low Effort 81-717/714 features motor sounds from International MetroPack, which is licensed under All Rights Reserved. This means the motor sounds for the 81-717s will also be licensed with All Rights Reserved)
