# give-snacks-at-4am This is (inshaAllah) a Roblox game where you find and distribute snacks to various places at 4am, inspired by the game "get a snack at 4am" by Stixxal. ## Inspiration - I wanted to learn Roblox game development, and these small ending-focused games seemed simple enough - While games like "Need More Heat" and "a superhero breakfast" were what I really wanted to make, I figured the "XYZ at 4am" games were easier to emulate - grab things, get endings quickly - They're complex in that the gameplay changes based on previous endings, I wasn't planning to implement that - I put my own spin on it by making the premise more charitable! (giving snacks instead of getting snacks, the whole shebang) ## Cool Stuff! - Someone suggested I use Trader Joe's pickle chips as a snack! I was excited to get a suggestion, so I made a parody version and added it. It's in the "Play" cutscene that plays whn you open the game. ## Gameplay - Spawn in a house - Ideally you go to the kitchen and read a statistic first, but the cutscene hasn't yet been made - Get snacks to donate - Go to the corner store - Look around for snacks (house, other store, etc) - Donate snacks to food bank - Currently broken :( ## Images ![Game Start Cutscene showing the player character holding chips.
