Sensical Summer Stargaze

CREATE A MAGICAL MILKY WAY INDOORS

 

TIN FOIL STARS

 

What you’ll need:

  • Cardboard
  • Tin foil
  • Scissors
  • Hole punch
  • String
  • Optional: Hanger

How to do it:

  1. Have your child draw 4–5 large stars on cardboard
  2. Cut out stars (your or your child depending on their age)
  3. Wrap stars in tin foil
  4. Punch a hole at the top of each star and thread string through hole
  5. Either hang each star individually, or tie stars to a hanger (varying string lengths) and affix hanger to ceiling or light fixture
