END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) for "The Stuff Mod"

By downloading, installing, or using The Stuff Mod (hereinafter referred to as "the Mod"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Mod.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Mod, including all code, textures, models, and sounds, is the sole intellectual property of Crazy10061 (the "Owner"). All rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement are reserved by the Owner.

2. Grant of License (Personal Use Only)
The Owner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Install and play the Mod for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Record or stream gameplay featuring the Mod, provided credit is given to the Owner.

3. Strict Prohibitions
Under this license, YOU MAY NOT:

Redistribute: You may not upload, mirror, or host the Mod files on any website, cloud service, or forum (e.g., BoxToPlay, 9Minecraft, etc.) The only websites alowed for distributtion are thestuffmod.org and Modrinth.com.

Modify: You may not decompile, "remix," or alter the Mod’s source code or assets for public distribution.

Commercial Use: You may not sell the Mod or charge a fee for access to the Mod (e.g., via paywalls or "early access" sales).

Modpacks: You may not include this Mod in a public modpack without express written permission from the Owner.

4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate and may get contacted and possibly DMCA striked by the mod owner if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Mod and delete all copies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Mod is provided "as is." The Owner is not responsible for any damage to your software, hardware, or Minecraft saves resulting from the use of this Mod.
