vendored pack (`skills/<pack>/LICENSE*`), and `skills/manifest.json`
records the exact source and commit each pack was synced from.

Regenerate the vendored copies with `npm run sync` (see
[scripts/sync-skills.mjs](./scripts/sync-skills.mjs)).
